Group Therapy
Groups are formed to bring together people with similar situations, experiences and/or conflicts. In Group therapy, members gain support and guidance from one another and come together to provide insight and motivation for each other. A group psychotherapist serves as a facilitator and guides the group while allowing members to coach one another.
